  5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 710 business days.
  6. In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
  7. Replacement or exchange products will typically be delivered within 67 business days after approval.
  8. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  9. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
