- In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
- Replacement or exchange products will typically be delivered within 67 business days after approval.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
